First of all, I want to say how much I appreciate your email and the spirit in which it was written. Very few people are so kind when they criticize.
I was very surprised to read that you thought I was demeaning Jesus the Christ. I have always admired and held him in the utmost respect and my foremost desire ever since I met him in 1969 is to be like him. I do know that he was a very special person in that he knew the truth of his identity. He was truly a mingling of God and man.

I will tell you a little about myself so that you will know that I do not say things superficially. I met Jesus in 1969 and was born again and have been an avid pursuer of truth ever since. I spent three years from 1986 until 1989 doing nothing but seeking God in truth for a minimum of 10 hours a day. Seeking truth with all my heart has always been my passion.

I begin to hear the spirit speak to me and begin to reveal to me the truth of his unconditional love. I began to hear in my spirit some things that did not line up with what I read in Scriptures and was taught by my pastors and elders. One of the first things I was taught by spirit after I experienced subjectively the wonderful love of God flowing around me and through me was that there is no such thing as God punishing anyone eternally. I began to teach this in 1982 and was called everything from a new age teacher to a devil.

The next thing I was taught by the Spirit is that I was not a sinner. I was doing many wrong things but that was not my true nature. I was created in the image of God with his life and nature, that was my true being. However, after being born into this physical realm I did not know who I am, why I am here and my purpose in life. Our true nature and life is the same as Jesus. The Scripture says "the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead now dwells in us." Also the apostle Paul said "he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit." That means that our spirit and the spirit of God is one spirit. Just think of what that means. When we learn to live and speak from our spirit we begin to live as Jesus did on this earth. This is the abundant life that Jesus said he came to give us.

One of the biggest mistakes Christianity has made is teaching us that we are sinners. We believed it because of our conduct and it was taught to us by our parents are teachers and our pastors.
So that brings up the question why did Jesus die on the cross? This is Christianity’s answer to that question. Adam sinned and because he sinned he was responsible for All men being born in sin. God was so upset that before man could be forgiven he required blood to be shed. God loves you but he cannot forgive you without the taking of a life. (WHY NOT?) The Scripture also says “without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.” Again I ask WHY NOT? So we have a God who loves us unconditionally but because of Adam we were born sinners and before God can accept us someone has to die. In the Old Testament there were hundreds probably thousands of animals that were killed to appease God’s anger over sin.

When we come to the New Testament killing animals was not enough for us to be totally forgiven he had to have a human sacrifice so he chose his own son to die, to be sacrificed so that he can forgive you. If you do not accept that sacrifice, then he will punish you in an eternal fire pit. This teaching came straight from paganism. It was the pagans who required human sacrifice.
There is so much more I can share with you but I realize this letter is getting quite long. So I will close with this. Jesus came to reveal the truth of his father and to let his people know that they were loved unconditionally. Jesus also came to reveal to us the truth of our nature. He was the pattern son that we could look at and hear his words and realize that we also are sons of God made in his image to express his unconditional love for all of creation. This of course does not do away with sowing and reaping because what you sow you will reap but it is not God punishing you it is the result of your wrong choices.
Sorry this is so long but it’s hard to express these things in just a few words.

Thank you again for your email, I appreciate it very much

If I can be of any more service please let me know.

May you always be richly blessed and abundantly satisfied in His wonderful presence
Gary
